FAST: Serene Space
create an imaginary in a peaceful space. around yourself as soon as you get into bed and put a fence around it this fencing should allow only pleasant memories beautiful dreams and peaceful thoughts to enter keep. any problem-solving or disturbing thoughts outside the space.

SECOND: Moon drink
drink milk or milk-based sleep-inducing drink
before you go into bed. one such drink is the moon drink which is made with ashwagandha milk cardamom and cinnamon to make this drink.
warm one cup of milk add one teaspoon full of ashwagandha powder or crush one tablet of ashwagandha into milk and add to.
it is a little cardamom powder and cinnamon powder stir the milk and your moon drink is ready. milk contains tryptophan
which helps to induce sleep ashwagandha reduces stress cinnamon helps to relax muscles and cardamom reduces bloating and restlessness.

Third: reflection
one by one remember the events of the day. in the chronological order, you should start right from the moment. you step out from your bed in the morning and relive with every action. In a non-judgmental manner, the practice of reflection is a powerful meditative technique and helps you to organize your days mindfully.

Fourth: DONT HEAD NORTH
when you sleep in your bed avoid keeping your head in a north direction. the earth and our body both have magnetic fields the magnetic fields on the earth are concentrated in the north and south poles. when you sleep with your head to the north your body’s magnetic field interferes with that of the earth which can affect your blood pressure. and you may wake up with a headache

Six: Create calm environments
consciously dim the lights and lower sound levels in your heart at bedtime. speak softly to other members of your
family to create a soothing and calm environment. you may also do a few stretches to relax your muscles. You Must try to play relaxing sounds like ( rain, white sound, green sound, air sound, bird, and forest environment sounds that can give you a good sleep.
